Features

Production-grade compute, made local.

Everything you need to run modern workloads — engineered, hosted and supported inside Myanmar.

60-second provisioning

Spin up a fully-configured VM in under a minute — image, network, firewall and SSH key applied on first boot.

NVMe-only storage

Every instance ships with locally-attached NVMe SSDs — sustained 70k+ IOPS with no noisy-neighbour penalty.

Per-second billing

Pay only for what you run, rounded to the second. Burst, test and tear down without watching the clock.

Snapshots & backups

Point-in-time snapshots, scheduled backups and one-click restore — replicated across both regions.

Private networking

Drop instances into a VPC with isolated subnets, route tables and stateful firewall rules — at no extra charge.

Data residency by default

Every byte stays inside Myanmar. Encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in flight with TLS 1.3, KMS-backed.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Most common pre-sale and operational questions about Cloud Server. Can't find what you need? Talk to our local team — Burmese or English.

Every Cloud Server, snapshot and backup remains physically inside Myanmar — either at our Yangon (YGN-01) or Mandalay (MDY-01) Tier III facility. No data is ever replicated to a foreign region, even for disaster recovery.

Invoices are issued in USD and settled in MMK at the central rate published in your billing dashboard. You can pay via KBZ Pay, AYA Pay, CB Bank, Yoma Bank, or wire transfer. Per-second usage is rounded up to the nearest second.

You can add vCPU and RAM live on Business and Enterprise plans — the hypervisor performs an in-place resize with no reboot. Volume size can grow live; shrinking a volume requires a snapshot-and-restore.

Cloud Server commits to 99.99% monthly availability. If you fall below the threshold, credits are issued automatically on your next invoice — no ticket required. The credit scale starts at 10% and grows to 100% past 99.0% availability.

Yes — upload QCOW2 or RAW images up to 100 GB through the console or the mCloud CLI. Cloud-init runs on first boot, with both NoCloud and ConfigDrive datasources supported.

KBZ Pay, AYA Pay, Wave Money, CB Pay and direct bank transfer from any Myanmar bank. Enterprise customers can invoice in arrears with NET-30 terms after credit review.

Yes. All support tiers — email, chat, phone — are answered in both Burmese and English by our Yangon-based team, 24 / 7. Documentation is published in both languages and kept in sync.

Our concierge migration service handles VMware, Hyper-V, AWS EC2, GCP and on-prem KVM workloads. Smaller migrations are free with the Business plan; bulk fleet migration is included in Enterprise onboarding.
